I’ve had over 15 people wanting my old cabin bed so far. I wanted it gone ASAP, so after offering to the first person who answered, who claimed to be able to uplift it anytime – but who then got back to me and told me that it would be a couple of days – I asked if he would be okay if I offered it to someone able to collect sooner. I’m still waiting for a reply on that. So the next person at ask was someone that I actually know. That’s okay, I don’t mind holding it for her, but I don’t put a TAKEN notice up until it actually goes. So I was quite amused to get yet another message this morning from someone who offered to call round to see it later. Sorry mate, but it’s been like offering a bar of gold.
